Retainer lines are client + service. Under 100% = over-servicing. Over 100% = slack. The current month is prorated by business days elapsed, so early-month numbers stay meaningful. Projects compare logged hours to the estimate. Fee-based PPC: enter fee ÷ $190 as retainer hours in Settings.

Data now lives in Supabase and syncs for the whole team. “Import v1 backup” migrates a backup file from the old browser-only version — clients, projects, and your entries.
Rate changes apply to new entries only — past entries keep the rate they were logged at.
A client can have separate retainers per service. Leave hrs blank where there's no retainer. Fee-based PPC: enter the monthly management fee ÷ 190 as the PPC retainer hrs (e.g. $900 → 4.7). Rate override is only for grandfathered pricing — blank means the service default applies.
